Renew Purcellville is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community, which imposes certain income and occupancy restrictions. For detailed eligibility criteria, we encourage you to visit the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) website.

Income Limits & Verification:
To initiate your application, kindly begin your application by selecting an available apartment under the Floorplans & Availability tab. If your desired floorplan is unavailable, please select 'Get Notified' to receive a notification once available.

Please note that household income should not surpass the annual median income limits for the Washington-Arlington-Alexandria, DC-VA-MD HUD Metro FMR area, as annually determined by HUD:

• 1 person: $64,980
• 2 people: $74,280
• 3 people: $83,580
• 4 people: $92,820
• 5 people: $107,700
• 6 people: $115,140
• 7 people: $122,580

Assessment of income considers the total gross annual income of the household, which includes income generated from assets. Verification is required for all assets and income sources, including but not limited to:

• Employment and Unemployment Benefits
• Government Assistance
• Social Security, Pension, and Veteran's Benefits
• Disability Benefits
• Savings and Checking Accounts
• Property Ownership, Home Equity, Stocks, Bonds, Annuities, IRA, etc.
   

Additionally, we will conduct a review of landlord references, credit history, and criminal background, all of which will be taken into consideration.
